Before and After: Pre-Move In
In the words of Taylor Swift… it’s been a long time coming!
Nearly 3 years later, we are finally moving in. One day, I’ll tell the long, sordid tale that made it such a hellacious journey. Until then, here are some pre- move in before and afters. Can you believe this is the same house!?
Soon, I’ll share the “post move-in” images. Until then— a few bare bones photos!
OUR TWINS’ ROOM:
In order to restore the integrity of the home, we put the wall back up between two of the upstairs bedrooms (where the columns are in this photo) and created our boys’ two rooms.
Additionally, we gave about 1.5 feet of ceiling height to the third floor (worth it!)
We painted the walls Delicate White and the trim Ghost Whisperer, both by PPG.
OUR DAUGTHER’S ROOM:
That yellow really burns the eyes, huh?
We went from that stunning egg yolk yellow to Winter Peach by PPG.
