Partnership: Delta Faucet

One of the most daunting design pieces during our renovation was selecting our finishes– specifically, our plumbing finishes. It can be difficult to find finishes that are cohesive, and even harder to find finishes that add character (and enhanced functionality) to a space. Delta Faucet, however, checked all of these boxes for us.

We were fortunate enough to partner with Delta Faucet for the majority of the plumbing fixtures in our home. Though the items mentioned in this post were gifted, all opinions are my own– and you know I’d never steer you wrong!

KITCHEN + BAR

When choosing our kitchen fixtures, I was immediately drawn to Delta’s Broderick™ Collection, specifically, in Champagne Bronze. Its distinct design perfectly marries modern and historic– which, as you know, is right up my alley.

I knew I wanted a colorway other than chrome for this kitchen. I love how warm and sophisticated the Champagne Bronze is– and it complements the hardware throughout the home.

We opted for the Broderick™ Two Handle Pull-Down Bridge Kitchen Faucet for our sink in Champagne Bronze. Let me tell you– this is a statement piece! I love the bridge look, and my husband loves the many stream options. For instance– there’s an option that has a super concentrated stream that is perfect for stubborn food left on the plate (as in– when your kids bring that bowl of ancient oatmeal that’s stuck to the sides)-- we love it!

We paired it with the super handy Air Switch, which connects to our garbage disposal. I love this option rather than the typical light switch (or, like we had in our old kitchen - a very questionable light switch buried under our sink) for its sleek look and ease of use. We tied the sink together with the Broderick™ Soap Dispenser and Strainer– it makes for a cohesive, beautiful design.

Above our stove is the Broderick™ Wall Mount Pot Filler. If you, like me, have carried a stock pot full of water from the sink to the stove and tripped on a dog or small child on your way back, you know just how valuable a pot filler is. No more sloshing (or dumping) water onto the kitchen floor– the pot filler gives me the luxury of filling pots right on the stove. I could not love it more!

In the bar area, we paired the Broderick™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with what is, unquestionably, the most popular plumbing fixture in our home– the Glass Rinser.

Guys, I cannot tell you how many subcontractors fawned over this thing– along with everyone else who came through after its installation. I can understand why, though, because it’s just.so.functional! Watching people rinse out their cups every time I did a site visit brought me so much joy. Personally, I’m most excited for rinsing out coffee cups and the rogue sippy cup/bottle. Gosh, I wish I had one of these when the twins were babies!

It was so easy to install (you just need another water line) and would make a great addition to any kitchen looking for an upgrade.

PRIMARY BATHROOM

I am SO happy with how the primary bathroom turned out, and I attribute that to how well our Delta items tied the space together. I decided to use Champagne Bronze in the master bathroom as well, because it’s timeless and elegant.

When you first enter the bathroom, the first thing that draws you in are Cassidy Two Handle Wall Mount Faucets. I really loved the idea of wall-mounted faucets for this bathroom. They elevate the space and look great with the marble backsplash.

For the bathtub, I knew I wanted a standalone filler. The Single Handle Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim With Hand Shower was perfect for this spot – sleek, elegant, and beautiful when paired with the Metal Cross Handle. I felt like it was a great homage to the historic element of the home, but with a polished, updated look. Functionally, I love that this includes a hand shower and a traditional faucet. Though I like to think this tub will be used only for relaxing soaks, I know it’ll be used to wash a tub full of kiddos (or a bulldog) from time to time - meaning that the hand shower will come in great use!

Lastly - the shower! This one took a lot of consideration. Mike loves a rain shower, whereas I prefer a wall mount. Luckily, the Trinsic 3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim gave us the ability to have both. We paired the Single-Setting Raincan Shower Head with a Universal Showering H2Okinetic® In2ition® 4-Setting Two-In-One Shower to create the perfect shower experience. I love that the In2ition has various settings, a MagnaTite docking, and a detachable hand shower. It feels like we got 3 showers in one.

ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS

In our other bathrooms – for our guests and our kids – we opted for chrome finishes. In the kids bathroom, we chose a Nura Monitor® 14 Series Tub & Shower With In2ition®. I especially like the TouchClean feature – it makes cleaning a breeze (a huge plus with four kids!) In the guest bathroom, we chose a simple but beautiful Universal Showering 7-Setting Shower Head.

All in all, I really couldn’t be happier with our Delta Faucet fixtures. Their elegant and sleek design, amazing functionality, and ease of installation make them a clear winner for our wild family.
